Cancellation and Payment Policy

1. Cancellation Notice You can cancel your subscription without any charges by providing notice at least 7 days prior to the next subscription payment date. This allows us sufficient time to process the cancellation before your next billing cycle. No further charges will be made once the cancellation is confirmed within this timeframe.

2. Late Cancellation If you do not cancel your subscription within the required 7-day notice period, the subscription fee for the following month will still be charged. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid month.

3. User Responsibility 

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription. This includes:

• Cancellation: All subscription cancellations must be done through your user account. Supa Ballers cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Updates: If you need to modify your subscription plan, payment details, or account information, it is your responsibility to update these through your account. Supa Ballers cannot update or make changes once a subscription is created.

4. No Joining Fee There is no joining fee to enroll your child or children at Supa Active. However, please note that our booking system will apply a £2.50 processing fee for each transaction.

5. Payment Schedule Subscription payments will be automatically taken on the 1st of every month. Please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, an automatic reminder will be sent to you, prompting you to update your bank details. Failure to update your payment information in a timely manner will result in:

• Your child or children being removed from the class register
• Your subscription being terminated

7. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, log in to your account and follow the prompts to manage your subscription settings. Be sure to cancel before the 7-day deadline to avoid unwanted charges.
